Afterschool Program Model
The afterschool program model is planned to launch in Fall 2022. Over the course of monthly, 2 hour sessions after school, participants will move through the 8 modules with the assistance from program staff. Students in this version will get a more in-depth look at urban ecology, conducting research, and designing and implementing research projects.

The Applied Wildlife Ecology (AWE) Lab is a diverse team with a passion for carnivores, conservation, and community. Our work focuses on the relationship between carnivores, their prey, and the ever changing environment. At the AWE Lab, we believe that authentic, rigorous research can only be accomplished with the involvement and support of the community.
